School Wellbeing Solutions (SWBS) is a national educational consulting firm that helps schools and districts strengthen educator wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
We partner with educational leaders to build the conditions that allow educators and students to thrive. Our work combines evidence-based facilitation, leadership coaching, organizational development, and applied positive psychology to help school systems navigate change, strengthen resilience, improve collaboration, and cultivate healthy workplace cultures.
Since 2022, SWBS has partnered with more than 25 leadership teams across the United States, supporting hundreds of leaders and thousands of educators serving more than 550,000 students.
Several members of our team hold Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, and our facilitators bring expertise in leadership development, organizational psychology, coaching, and workforce wellbeing.
Our services include leadership development programs, executive and team coaching, strategic planning retreats, culture and climate assessments, wellbeing initiatives, and customized professional learning experiences.
