Our Story

School Wellbeing Solutions (SWBS) is a national educational consulting firm that helps schools and districts strengthen educator wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.

We partner with educational leaders to build the conditions that allow educators and students to thrive. Our work combines evidence-based facilitation, leadership coaching, organizational development, and applied positive psychology to help school systems navigate change, strengthen resilience, improve collaboration, and cultivate healthy workplace cultures.

Since 2022, SWBS has partnered with more than 25 leadership teams across the United States, supporting hundreds of leaders and thousands of educators serving more than 550,000 students.

Several members of our team hold Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, and our facilitators bring expertise in leadership development, organizational psychology, coaching, and workforce wellbeing.

Our services include leadership development programs, executive and team coaching, strategic planning retreats, culture and climate assessments, wellbeing initiatives, and customized professional learning experiences.

At SWBS, we believe that when leaders and educators thrive, students are better positioned to thrive as well.

SWBS Key Differences:

Systemic Approach

SWBS addresses overall staff team dynamics, wellbeing, and leadership, rather than just focusing on student performance metrics or behaviors.

Staff Wellbeing Focus

Unlike many providers, SWBS emphasizes the wellbeing and job satisfaction of educators and staff, recognizing their impact on the overall school environment and student success.

Empowerment and Collaboration

SWBS stands out for its commitment to empowering educators through collaborative and transformative workshops, fostering self-discovery and internal team development, rather than providing prescriptive and short-lived solutions

Our Mission

School Wellbeing Solutions aims to transform educational environments by prioritizing the wellbeing and retention of staff and leaders. Our mission is to empower educational professionals with systemic approaches, positive psychology tools and authentic discussion opportunities, fostering healthier work cultures and improved outcomes for both staff and students.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every school district prioritizes the wellbeing and professional fulfillment of its educators and staff. We strive to be at the forefront of educational transformation, where positive workplace cultures and resilient leadership are the norm, leading to thriving school communities and optimal student success.
