Lisa Follman
Principal, Pennsbury School District

Being coached by Trecia has been a blessing I hadn’t anticipated. I didn’t expect to connect with someone so deeply that I could really delve in and say the tough things so early on in our coaching relationship. I am so grateful to Trecia for helping to reveal to me so much that I didn’t see or didn’t want to see before. I tend to be optimistic, but my coaching sessions have helped me to see (my) life through even more hopeful eyes.

Diamond Howell
Diamond Howell

It is good to feel heard and be seen from where you are currently.

Cara Wright
Cara Wright
Assistant Principal, PXU CIty

By being vulnerable, I was able to better understand myself. Had I known some of this 30+ years ago, I believe I would be a different person. Maybe a better person, but definitely different. I have a lot of growing to do and not much time to do it.

Richard Hoffman
Teacher, PUHSD PXU City

These sessions have been helpful for me as a leader. The coaching has empowered me to become a more reflective and proactive leader, enabling me to make more informed decisions and navigate the challenges of leadership with confidence. I highly recommend these one-on-one coaching sessions to any leader seeking personal and professional growth.
